Flight Review: FD396 – DMK – DPS

I am sitting in seat 17D, on this AirAsia Airbus A320-200 flight bound for Bali.

I am lucky as I have a whole row to myself so manage to sleep for an hour, before digging into the sandwiches I brought with me from the lounge.

I watch a couple of episodes of my soon to finish Korean drama on my iPad (there is no entertainment available on AirAsia) and fall asleep again.

This is a 4-hour flight yet it seems like it is taking forever. It could be the whole process of being ready to go since last night and missing my flight due to the ridiculous Bangkok traffic, which took 3 hours instead of the usual 1 hour to reach the airport (see previous ‘hostel’ blog).

Service is friendly yet I have very little interaction with any of the flight attendants. There is a whining kid in the aisle next to me. And there are no customs forms; we are informed they were not loaded.
